The Kokanee Creek Nature Centre’s Senior Naturalist Joanne Siderius is the winner of this year’s Suzy Hamilton Legacy Award.  Joanne has been a guest on The EcoCentric many times over the years, talking with all her passion about the natural world and we congratulate in a short interview today.  The first major Bike lane in Nelson is getting closer to reality and the West Kootenay Cycling Coalition has been backing it all the way.  I spoke with Anna Lamb-Yorski, the Coordinator of the Coalition about that and other Cycling Coalition Endeavours.  Host Keith Wiley recaps some of the different viewpoints on climate action now.
